Although SJW owns the code, databases, and all rights to the application, it shall not be held liable for the fault or negligence of any third party vendors or hosting partners. Email Communications
SJW reserves the right to email users for support, reminders, service, maintenance, product notifications, or in response to any user inquiries. In addition, users may be given the option of entering third party email addresses to invite new users to SJW products. SJW will automatically send these users a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site. You may opt out of certain e-mail communications from SJW by clicking on the “unsubscribe” option located at the bottom of these emails.
Children
If SJW becomes aware that a person under 13 has provided personally identifiable information, it will take reasonable steps to remove such information and terminate the respective account.
